This holiday cottage is set in its own grounds of some 500 sq metres, near to lake "Velke Darko", and is bordered by a forest, offering peace and privacy in a relaxing, natural environment. It is within 100m of separate fishing and sailing lakes and lies at the heart of the regions walking and cycling tracks. The area offers peace and comfort for holidays with children and also a variety of sports ranging from golf, sailing and windsurfing to swimming, tennis, fishing and mushroom picking. The nearest town is Skrdlovice in the district of Zdar nad Sazavou. The position of the cottage is half way between Prague and Brno, north of the D1 motorway, which runs between the 2 cities.
Shopping, renowned restaurants and a variety of entertainment can be found at both the nearby villages of Skrdlovice and Polnicka [10 minutes walk] or in the former district town of Zdar and Sazavou [8 km away]. Prices High Season (June - August) - £260 per week Low Season (rest of the year) - £210 per week Security Bond/Utility Deposit Guests are asked to pay a security bond/utility deposit on arrival of 3000 CZK (equates to roughly £70-75). This is refunded after the holiday providing there are no damages to the cottage and that it is left in a good state. An amount for electricity and water used will also be deducted as well as a small sum equating to roughly £1.50 per adult per week, which is the village charge for holidaymakers staying in the cottage.
