Situated only 15 minutes from Tenerife South Airport (20 euros in a taxi).

 

This private complex is positioned only 200 metres from the sandy Las Vistas beach which is surrounded by a large range of excellent shops and restaurants offering food for all tastes at reasonable rates.

 

The nearby San Telmo is a lively terraced display of local Tapas bars and restaurants offering spectacular views to the seafront and overlooking the beach.

 

If you wish to eat in, then 50 metres to the rear of the apartment is an excellent supermarket open from 9am - 9pm offering fresh bread, a fresh fish counter and all the usual supermarket goods at very reasonable prices.

 

A few minutes walk from the Azahara will take you to the beach front where you can either walk to the Centre of Los Cristianos, which takes only a few minutes or to Las Americas, which again is only a short distance away.  Whichever route you should decide you will enjoy a pleasant walk taking you past numerous shops, restaurants and bars, offering traditional Spanish food.  Or you could just spend the day on the lovely beach which offers a full range of water sport activities.

 

The Azahara is ideally positioned and has a private swimming pool with children's pool on site with a large sunbathing area with sun beds provided.

 

There is a lift access to the first floor where the apartment is situated.  The apartment is away from the road, therefore offering limited road noise and is south facing overlooking the pool area.

 

The apartment has one bedroom which has 2 single beds, dressing table and ample storage in the double mirrored wardrobes and 2 bedside cupboards.  Also in the bedroom there is ceiling fan/light and table lamps along with a hairdryer and electronic safe.  A travel cot is also provided.

 

The dining area offers a dining table and chairs to seat 4 persons.

 

The lounge area has a double and single sofa bed.

 

There is also satellite TV with some English channels, multi region DVD player and CD/radio cassette player provided and guests are welcome to bring their own DVDs/CDs should they wish to.  Also provided is a full size ironing board and steam iron.  A new ceiling fan/light has been fitted to the lounge area.

 

The kitchen area is fully equipped with new crockery and all kitchen equipment necessary.  There is also a 4 ring hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave oven, toaster, kettle etc. all of which have been recently purchased.

 

The bathroom has been recently refurbished and has a vanity unit with porcelain sink, cupboard space and a mirror with lights above the sink.  There is a walk in shower with overhead power shower head.

 

From the lounge you will walk out onto the terrace which overlooks the pool area and offers nice views over the hills and a small sea view.  The terrace is south facing and the sun is ample during the daytime.  There is a patio set for 4 persons on the terrace and an extendable drying rack for any washing/towels you may have.

 

Smoking is only permitted on the balcony area.  Linen and towels will be provided along with a welcome pack on arrival.

 

This apartment has recently been extensively refurbished having a new modern bathroom fitted, a new tiled floor throughout, new sliding patio windows fitted to the lounge leading out onto the balcony and new ceiling fans/lights fitted.

 

The apartment also has decorative fitted security ironwork fitted over the front door and over the bedroom window for added security and peace of mind when not in the premises.  The apartment also has an electric heater (should it ever be needed!) and a hair dryer and an electric hair straightener for our lady guests.  For children there is a Playstation 2 with games.  There is also a back up boiler/water heater for the apartment, which means a non-interrupted supply of piping hot water.

 

The owners provide a welcome pack which consists of a bottle of wine, water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and a toilet roll.
