Two bedroom Somerset holiday cottage

Set in the heart of Nether Stowey, an attractive conservation village at the foot of the Quantock Hills, this cottage is situated above the second floor 'book room' of 'The Old House'.  This spacious self-contained, character apartment offers unique accommodation for four people.

An integral part of 'The Old House' yet entirely separate with it's direct access from the private court yard (with parking) at the rear of the house, leading on to the acre of walled garden

The cottage comprises a 22ft sitting room with vaulted ceiling, two large bedrooms each with link beds and washbasin.  Newly fitted kitchen/dining room - all with double aspect offering views over the village roof tops to the Quantock Hills and towards the Bristol Channel, bathroom with O/B shower, W.C. and wash basin.

Fully furnished in a relaxed, traditional style to a high standard. Beamed ceilings throughout, fully carpeted (except kitchen).

Facilities

Facilities include electricity,  gas central heating, private parking, colour TV, Radio, Microwave Oven plus electric oven and hob. Shared use of the walled garden and courtyard sitting area.  Duvets with linen and towels are provided as well as a welcome pack of bread, butter, eggs and milk.

Pets: one small, well behaved dog or cat - by previous arrangement (£10p.w.).

We are sorry but these properties are not suitable for children under 14 years or smokers.

Prices are per property.

Short Breaks

2 nights @ 50% of weekly rental

3 nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) @ 70% of weekly rental

4 nights (Monday - Thursday) @ 70% of weekly rental
