Two bedroom holiday cottage in Devon

Hoemoor Bunglow is a two bedroom holiday property, which is situated on a working dairy farm in Upottery, near Honiton in Devon.   As an area of oustanding natural beauty, the cottage enjoys wonderful views of the Otter Valley on the Blackdown Hills.   There are plenty of places to visit or just relax in the garden surrounded by a variety of wildlife and peaceful countryside.  You can go for lovely walks or bike rides along the quiet country roads or fish along the River Otter.  It is an ideal base for exploring the North and South coasts, as well as Dartmoor and Exmoor.  

The bungalow has two bedrooms (one double room and one room with 2 single beds) and can sleep up to 4 people.  There is a kitchen/dining room, lounge  with open log fire and bathroom (with a shower over the bath).   There is also a games room with pool table, darts and table tennis.  It is well equipped with all normal appliances including a dishwasher, tumble dryer etc.  All bedding is provided, as well as heating, electricity and logs.  A cot and highchair can also be provided if requested. The farmhouse garden has swings for children.  Parking is available.

Changeover day is Saturday.  The bungalow is reached via the A303 (5 minutes) or M5 (20 minutes) and quiet country roads.  Family attractions in the area include National Trust houses, Crealy (30 minutes), Cricket St Thomas (15 minutes) or the beach at Lyme Regis (35 minutes).

Pets: Yes (£10 per dog per week)
