Set on the edge of an orchard in the grounds of the owner's home, the cottage enjoys the shared use of 2½ acres of attractive lawned gardens. Hardwick Hall (N.T.) is only 2 miles away, while the imposing 18th century Chatsworth House and park, medieval Haddon Hall, the Midland Railway Centre, American Adventure theme park and many factory shops are all within 15 miles. Excellent pub and restaurant 300 yards, shops 3 miles.
