Set adjacent to the owners home, fine walks start from the door and a vast range of attractions and activities can be found within an easy drive, including watersports and boat trips on Lake Windermere, the steam yacht Gondola on Coniston Water and Leighton Moss bird sanctuary. Kendal (5 miles) and offers a wide variety of shops, golf and cycle hire. There is a good choice of pubs serving food within 2 miles. Shops 1 mile.
