Four Bedroom Spanish villa

This Spanish villa is situated in a rural setting in the quiet town of Rubinat in La Segarra in the region of Cataluña, just 87 kilometres from the north eastern coast of Spain.  It has four bedrooms and provides an unforgettable stay for those looking for tranquillity and rest.  The high altitude of the town allows some spectacular views.

The house is split over 3 floors.  On the ground floor there is a hallway, bathroom and utility room.  The 1st floor contains the fully equipped kitchen (including oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine), dining room and living room with TV, DVD player and log fire.  From this floor you descend to the large garden with its barbeque, orchard and swimming pool.  Finally, the 2nd floor contains the bedrooms, as well as a 2nd bathroom.

Heating is provided and other facilities include table tennis, basket ball games, garden furniture and an orchard.  A high chair can be provided.  Linen and towels are provided.

Pets are allowed for an additional charge.

Nearby activities include a water park, horse riding, golf and fishing.  There are also museums and local markets to visit.

The changeover day for this villa is flexible.

There is a security bond of 150 euros, which is payable on arrival and will be refunded after the holiday providing the cottage is left in a clean state and that there are no breakages.

The nearest airport is Barcelona.  The distance to the airport is approximately 70 miles.  From the airport you can take the local bus, train or taxi to Rubinat.  The taxi journey will take around one hour and 20 minutes.

Cataluña

Cataluña is situated in the north eastern coast of Spain between the heights of the Pyrenees and the Mediterrean Sea and has been a favourite of British holiday makers for a long time.  The region of La Segarra is a diverse landscape of swathes of cereal fields and the medium-sized mountain where olive and almond trees predominate.  This region is very popular and receives around 12 million visitors each year.  It benefits from a mild climate and a culture all of it's own.  The local cuisine features a lot of fish and rice based dishes and is famous all over the world.
