Villamar is situated in Playa de las Americas, Tenerife, (next to Bouganville Playa hotel, and Jarden Tropical).

It is situated right on the seafront in a domineering position. An outstanding cliff walk with its numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Within 5 minutes/ten minutes walk you can be on the beach at Playa de las Americas or Marina beach at Puerto Colon. Shopping mall and excellent supermarket are within similar distance as San Eugenio.

The main beach of Playa de las Americas can be reached by strolling a short distance along the seafront promenade or in the other direction Puerto Colon is very close by.

There is a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity of the complex.

It offers a large, beautiful swimming pool and most of the apartments also have superb views. There are lifts to all floors and a reception.
