This delightful one bedroom ground floor apartment called ‘Stone’s Throw’ because it is literally just a stones throw from Sandown Bay’s beautiful Sandy beach!
The property has it’s own parking space just outside and has been completely refurbished and fitted with all mod con’s. The location could not be more perfect with the high street just around the corner with it’s local shops, restaurants and tea rooms. Also Sandown’s finest pubs which all offer live bands at the weekends!
The property has a large lounge with modern fitted kitchen to one end with dining table and chairs. The lounge has a double sofa bed, there is a television, DVD player, CD player and a range of CD’s, DVD’s to choose from as well as books and games. Wall mounted electric storage heater.
The
bedroom has a 4ft double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, wall mounted
electric heater. Bedding is provided.
The
bathroom has bath with wall mounted electric shower, low level w.c. and
pedestal wash hand basin. There is a large storage cupboard housing
the hot water tank with plenty of room for luggage & coats.
