Three bedroom holiday cottage in Scotland

Stable Yard Cottage has been sympathetically refurbished and furnished with a pleasing mix of contemporary and period furniture which gives a warm and homely feel. It faces south across Blackadder River to Greenlaw Mill Farm and Catmoss Hill and forms one of three sides of an open courtyard, together with a barn and the estate wall of Castletoun House. Almost uniquely for a village property the position offers a certain seclusion without isolation. All rooms (except the laundry room) have open southerly country views.

The accommodation consists of:  

• Three bedrooms, 2 of which are double and 1 twin, sleeping 6 in total.

Greenlaw village, pop.600, 2 pubs, post office, butcher, mini market and bank, all within three minutes walk. Numerous Historic Houses and Castles, golf, horse riding, shooting and fishing. Award winning restaurants in Kelso and Duns (each 10 miles). Tweed and Teviot within 15 minutes.
