The apartment is situated in the historic and artistic city centre of Seville, in the popular Barrio de Santa Cruz, close to the commercial and business areas.
The apartment features two bedrooms over two floors and is laid out as follows:
First Floor: bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, American style kitchen which includes a washing machine, living room.
Second Floor: bedroom with double bed, bathroom
There is also a private roof terrace.
Facilities
The
apartment has heating and air conditioning. Other facilities include
a direct telephone line, satellite TV, fax service, solarium and house
keeping. There is also a coffee machine in the apartment as well as
coffee and tea bags, sugar and a selection of sweets.
An extra bed or cot can be provided for a fifth person.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
