This one bedroom first floor apartment was refurnished in October 2004. The apartment has one double bedroom with a double bed, shower and bath. The living room features a double sofa bed and a 32" TV and video player. There is also another sitting area, just off the living room with additional chairs and a coffee table. The apartment also has central heating, air conditioning and lift.
It is situated just 20 minutes from the centre of historic Seville and also conveniently located about 10 minutes from the train station for taking day trips. There are several tapas bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood and there are live flamenco shows just down the street.
Security Bond
In
addition there is a security bond of 100 euros, which is refunded after
the holiday providing the apartment is left clean and that there are no
breakages. In case of cancellation the security bond is
non-refundable.
Booking
The apartment can be secured with a 40% deposit, which is payable in sterling. The remainder of the booking fee and security bond is paid in cash (euros) on arrival. A copy of photo ID or passport of all persons staying in the apartment must be provided upon arrival. Check in time is after 3pm and check out is before 11am. Animals are not allowed in the apartment.
