This 3 bedroom apartment has a large living room and is fully furnished, with 32'' colour TV and DVD player. The full bathroom was recently refurbished with a completely new suite and tiles. The apartment is air conditioned. The separate kitchen contains a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, cutlery, cookware and a washing machine.
The main bedroom has a double bed. The second and third bedrooms each have two individual beds.
All linen and towels are provided.
A cot can be provided free of charge on request.
There is a parking space available nearby for 6 euros/night.
Located in downtown Seville on Matahacas street, near Santa Catalina Church, this apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residential apartment building. There is a live flamenco show a few blocks away! There are also several tapas bars & restaurants nearby. Grocery shopping & convenience stores are minutes away. Also there are cyber cafes/internet connection within 2 minutes walk. The apartment is close to public transportation, shopping, restaurants, museums, sightseeing. Walk to the historic centre of Seville to see the Cathedral, monuments & major sites of Seville.
Security Bond
In addition there is a security bond of 100 euros, which is refunded after the holiday providing the apartment is left clean and that there are no breakages. In case of cancellation the security bond is non-refundable.
Booking
The apartment can be secured with a 40% deposit, which is payable in sterling. The remainder of the booking fee and security bond is paid in cash (euros) on arrival. A copy of photo ID or passport of all persons staying in the apartment must be provided upon arrival. Check in time is after 3pm and check out is before 11am. Animals are not allowed in the apartment.
