This 2 bedroom apartment is situated right on the sea front in San Miguel Village in the resort of Golf del Sur in Tenerife. The complex is made up of several privately owned villas and low rise apartments, which share a garden. There are 3 swimming pools: one large one for the adults, a smaller children's pool and one seawater pool right on the sea edge. There is a shingle beach nearby. The villa is ideal for golfers and is just 5 minutes away from all amenities including supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. Local sports include golf, sailing, scuba diving, windsurfing, cycling, walking, horse riding, aqua park, trekking, swimming and bird watching.

The
charming resort of Golf del Sur is very prestigious with its cosmopolitan
shops, bars and restaurants. It is situated on the southern
coastline of this beautiful island and is the ideal base for a relaxing
holiday for families and couples alike. It is a 27 hole championship
golf course, which is one
of Europe's most famous golf courses. It is also next to the 18 hole
course of Amarilla Golf and is also surrounded by superbly
maintained landscaped gardens. If you are not a golfer, then why not
relax and soak up the sun on the new pebble beach or cool down with a
drink from the beach front bar. The coastline provides a nice
setting for an evening walk, with purpose built promenades. The San Blas commercial centre is
the hub of Golf del Sur's nightlife and is within walking distance. It has a selection of souvenir
shops, a couple of supermarkets, and a variety of mainly English and 
Spanish bars and restaurants. If you are looking for something a
little more lively, then the larger resorts of Playa de Las Americas and
Los Cristianos are just 15 minutes away. Golf del Sur is also
within walking distance of Los Abrigos, which boasts some of the best fish
restaurants on the island.
There is a local bus service linking Golf del Sur with Santa Cruz, Las Americas and other places, or even more ideally it is recommended to hire a car to see more of the island. The southern airport is just 10 minutes drive away.
