La Cala lies on the coast between Fuengirola and Marbella. La Cala is the perfect resort for families and couples. It offers sun, sea and a beautiful beach. You can sit in one of the beach bars and watch the sun setting over the sea. Children can play happily on a childrens play area near by while you top up your tan or enjoy a meal or a drink.
La Cala has plenty of restaurants offering a wide range of quality meals from Chinese to Indian, Spanish, Thai and English. There are plenty of bars to enjoy an evening drink. Sports bars to watch your favourite teams play.
La Cala has a new shopping complex with supermarket, banks, hairdressers, excursion booking office, toy shop, exchange bureau and shops selling different products.
La Cala now has a market every Saturday & Wednesday. It sells many different products from fruit & veg to clothes, linen, sweets, spices, Spanish pottery etc.
La Cala is also ideal for golfers with the new 9 hole golf course which is now open. It is only a 10 minute walk from La Cala Studio.
The studio is located in the center of La Cala, 2 to 3 minutes from the beach. The entrance to the apartments is opposite the Ceramica shop, on the right (when leaving the apartments) is the school and then the Post Office and Hotel. On the left is the Newmarket Restaurant and the front of the building is on the main street with a fountain in front of it, at the bottom of the slip road coming from Calahonda. All amenities are within a few minutes walk including Mulligans Bar, the Supersol Supermarket and the Street Market.
Accommodation
The
1st floor studio is serviced by a lift and stairs.
Outside areas including lift are cleaned 2 to 3 times a week by cleaners.
For the summer months we have a fan to help you feel cooler. For the winter months we have a electric heater for the cooler nights. Although even the winter months can feel quite warm.
The living area is light and spacious. You can relax in the pleasant living area, before you go out for your evening meal or drink.
Ample storage is in the matching furniture which includes 2 built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, open shelves and cupboards. A matching coffee table, pleasant Spanish pottery and pictures make a homely feeling.
The living area sleeps a family of 2 adults and 2 children in comfort. There is a full size double divan bed, plus a double sofa bed (with a single bed pull out bed underneath) quickly and easily converted.
It has a satellite TV. There are patio doors leading to a south facing balcony.
The studio is self-contained to a high standard. It has a fully fitted kitchen area with a dual hob, grill microwave, fridge and washing machine. It is equipped with matching cupboards, double sink and all necessary cooking utensils, crockery etc.
The kitchen has everything you will need to make a meal, if you don't fancy going to one of the many restaurants in La Cala.
Bed linen and towel are provided. If you are there more than 1 week, linen and towels will be changed.
The bathroom is a good size. Beautifully fitted in dark wood. It includes a bath with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
Check In/Check Out
You can access the apartment after 4pm on your day of arrival and must leave by 10am on your day of departure.
