bedroom Cornwall holiday cottage
The cottage has outstanding sea and harbour views, as it is situated in an elevated position overlooking the old fishing village of Mevagissey.
The accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, a family bathroom with WC, separate downstairs WC, fully equipped farmhouse kitchen, through lounge/dining room and downstairs utility room. The cottage sleeps 6 utilizing the sofa bed in the lounge, and has a television, video and DVD player. There is also a stereo system which houses a CD player, tape deck and radio. There is also wireless internet for compatible laptops.
Outside
there is parking for your car and approximately 1/4 acres of mature
gardens with spectacular views for your holiday enjoyment. If
you require parking for a 2nd car, there is a car park in Mevagissey,
where you can buy a weekly ticket at a reasonable price.
The cottage is located 400 yards up the hill from the harbour and within walking distance of seven good restaurants and four pubs.
The cottage has been recently refurbished to a high standard. Imagine sitting in the garden of Mariners Lee enjoying the views, starting the BBQ and having a cold glass of beer.
The streets of Mevagissey are a delightful twisting hodge-podge of whitewashed buildings lining narrow passageways. Mevagissey is situated on the southern riviera coast making it an ideal base from which to explore this beautiful county. It is a small, unspoilt fishing village with a colourful history of boat building and smuggling, which still retains its traditional character and nowadays has a selection of top quality pubs, restaurants and shops.
