Conditions for La Cala Studio,
Costa del Sol
The studio is regarded as a family unit and we do not accept bookings
of 3 adults without prior agreement. The management in
Spain
are aware of this rule.
Remember to take out adequate travel and health Insurance, the use of all
facilities is at your own risk. It is recommended that you include
cancellation cover in your insurance. The owners cannot be responsible for
force majeure and the consequences of acts by a third party.
The Studio will be available from 4.00 p.m. on day of arrival and is to be
vacated by 10.00 a.m. on day of
departure, unless prior arrangements are made.
The balance for the holiday is due 8 weeks prior to your departure date
and is non-refundable after this date. If the holiday is booked at short
notice the whole is due on booking.
The keys are normally supplied by
post. A £10 deposit is required and will be refunded when the keys
are collected or received back through the post.
Proceeding with the booking is considered as acceptance of these
conditions for your party.
