• Bedroom: twin beds, which are made up as one bed, making a superking size bed (can be made separately on request).  Large dressing table with chair, large mirror with light over, electric point and hairdryer

• Bathroom: bath with shower overhead, WC, wash basin, washing machine

• Kitchen: hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board

• Living Room: dining area with seating for 6, lounge with 3 seater sofa and 2 chairs, TV receiving main UK channels (including BBC and ITV etc.)

• Cleaning/Linen Change: Apartment is cleaned prior to guests arrival and clean linen and towels are provided.  For stays of 10 days or more there will be a change of linen half-way through, however no extra cleaning service is provided.

• Security Bond: £100 which is refunded back to client after the holiday, providing there are no breakages and that the apartment is left in a good state.
