One bedroom Spanish holiday apartment

Enjoy the friendly, relaxing atmosphere of the Costa del Sol, whether you want to relax by the pool during the day, enjoy the local entertainment and food at night, or visit traditional Spanish villages in the mountains.

You will find everything you want for a great holiday on the Costa del Sol.

This vacation apartment is ideally situated for visiting most of Spain's famous towns and villages, i.e. Marbella, Puerto Banus, Istan and Mijas as well as the many Golf Courses that the Costa del Sol has to offer.

This one bedroom apartment is situated at the lower end of Calahonda in a quiet residential area.  Although on the ground-floor it has a large south-west facing balcony (not terrace) which provides privacy and enjoys the afternoon and evening sun.  It is peaceful, yet is within 5 minutes walk to shops, bars and restaurants and about 10 minutes walk to Calahonda Beach.  Ideal for couples and small families. 

The lounge contains a 3 piece suite that easily convert into beds to provide additional sleeping for 2.  The bathroom has a shower over the bath.  There are patio doors from the lounge, which lead onto the spacious balcony complete with patio furniture.

The dining area has seating for 4.  The fully equipped kitchen has all the common utensils plus an electric dual hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The bedroom has a double bed, mirrored wardrobe, drawers and bedside cabinets.  The air conditioning is available at a supplement fee.  All bedding and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.

For your leisure:

Satellite TV, DVD player, Radio, CD and Cassette Player;
Two sun loungers are provided for personal use around the pool.
Electric sockets are English - adaptors to Spanish are provided.
Security grilles are fitted to all windows and doors.
