Surrounded by 10 acres of camellia filled parkland (to which visitors have access by prior arrangement), it boasts original fireplaces and ground floor flagstones in its tasteful and very comfortable interior, and its own garden. 

The north coast's superb surfing beaches are just a 10 minute drive and Falmouth 20 minutes. The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project and excellent golfing, all within easy reach. Truro 7 miles. Shop and pub ¼ mile.
