Restaurants in Tenerife
We would like to recommend some good restaurants in Tenerife. As well as the restaurants in the tourist resorts, it is well worth a short drive inland to eat at many of the excellent Canarian restaurants.

Isidro
El Jable - A restaurant specializing in fish dishes and outstanding dishes, such as baked smoked goat's cheese on a bed of coriander and mojo sauce. It has won awards on two occasions for Best Canarian Cuisine. Since 1990 the restaurant has offered the best in fish, meat and cheese dishes, as well as Canarian wine. The restaurant opens between 1pm and 4pm and 7.30pm and 11pm. It is closed all day Sundays and Monday lunchtime. Apparently, the restaurant has not yet been discovered by the tourists, at least not on mass!
